The application form for returning UW students will be available in late November.

Returning UW Students

If you were previously enrolled in a degree program at the University of Washington — but were unable to finish — you may complete your degree through the HIHIM program.

Returning UW students must submit a returning student application and apply to the HIHIM program. We recommend that you start your applications early; all materials must be submitted by the application deadlines.

Note: Do not use the application form on the UW Office of Admissions website to apply to the HIHIM program.

Application Deadlines

The application deadline for early acceptance is February 15 at 11:59 p.m. PT. The application deadline for general acceptance is April 15 at 11:59 p.m. PT. Applications must be postmarked by the deadline to be considered for that application period.
